Return & Refund Policy

At ZISA Fragrance, customer satisfaction matters to us. We take care in packing and shipping every order, but if you face any issue, please read our Return & Refund Policy below.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of perfumes and fragrance products, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.

However, we may review return or replacement requests in the following cases:

  • wrong product received
  • damaged product received
  • missing items in the package
  • product leaked during transit

To request help, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package and product.

Unboxing Video Requirement

For damaged, leaked, missing, or incorrect product claims, customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened. This helps us verify the issue quickly and provide support fairly.

Claims without proper proof may be difficult to approve.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • used perfumes
  • opened fragrance bottles
  • products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
  • orders placed with incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
  • items purchased during special sales or clearance offers, unless damaged or incorrect
Refunds

Refunds are only considered if a return, cancellation, or issue is approved by ZISA Fragrance.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are usually non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our side.

Replacements

In eligible cases such as damaged, leaked, or wrong product delivery, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

If the same item is unavailable, an alternative solution such as refund or store credit may be offered.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected time:

  • check your bank account again
  • contact your bank or payment provider
  • wait a few business days, as processing times may vary
