Order Processing
All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. During sale periods, festive seasons, or high order volume days, dispatch may take a little longer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details, if available.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. If delivery is not available to your location, we will contact you after the order is placed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and courier service availability.
- Kerala and nearby regions: usually 2 to 5 business days
- Other states in India: usually 3 to 8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, remote area service limits, or unexpected situations.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment. From time to time, ZISA Fragrance may offer free shipping on selected products, minimum order values, or promotional campaigns.

After dispatch, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact information provided while placing the order.
Delivery Delays
While we try our best to ensure on-time delivery, delays can sometimes happen because of:

ZISA Fragrance is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will support you in tracking the shipment and resolving delivery issues.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address, pin code, and mobile number at checkout. If wrong or incomplete details are provided, delivery may be delayed, failed, or returned.
If you notice an error in your order details, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver the order after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable phone number, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged Package on Delivery
If the outer package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend recording an unboxing video and contacting us immediately. This helps us review the issue faster and support you properly.
